NAnt is nice because it is another open source project, and it works on Mono (Does MSBuild?) MSBuild is nice because if you have the .Net 2.0 installed you won't have to download and setup NAnt. 

What is it going to take to convert the build scripts to MSBuild from NAnt, I am sure it isn't trivial and if we aren't going to get any substantial benefits then I am for staying with NAnt.
