I just tried NH 3.1.0.GA, and I experienced the same duplication issue.  Is there any reason that this patch was not applied to NH 3.1?  I see above that this bug is only associated with these:  Affects Version/s: 	2.1.1.GA, 2.1.2.GA 
Maybe the versions that this issue is attached to should be expanded to include NH 3?
