Hi Steve Bohlen.
Thank you for updating this bug.

But it would be asking too much if I asked you to raise this bug to Critical, or at least Major.

I think it's a serious problem because it forces us to not use Linq if we need to use the cache and still we would have to modify all the data access layer.
