#12 ED DataType vs. ED Segment.

The Practitioner Certificate Detail segment "CER", Contains an element named "Signature of Issuing Authority" with a datatype of "ED - Encapsulated Data".

When the CER object is utilized, the "Signature of Issuing Authority" element is typed as a segment "ED - Encapsulated Data (Wrong Segment)", consequently you cannot utilize it.

To resolve this issue, I had to fully qualify the type of the CER element "Signature of Issuing Authority" as NHapi.Model.V251.Datatype.ED in several locations of the CER.cs file.

Thanks for submitting. We probably need to fix the program that is used for creating the classes for each version to explicitly spell out the segments and datatypes with namespaces to avoid the collision that is seen here.
