#78 ngspice website list of tools: Add the Animated-CAD

The ngspice website lists up the "Tools for circuit simulation with ngspice",
see at https://ngspice.sourceforge.io/resources.html#

The AnimatedCAD, shortly called Ani-CAD also uses ngspice, but does not yet appear on that list. Could you please add it there? The icon is attached to this post. The description text might be something like this:

Animated CAD is a circuit simulator for Windows and Unix, it uses ngspice to calculate currents and voltages. These are then presented in an automatically generated animation video of the circuit. Details see at https://www.animated-cad.com/
