#6 pipe mode option

The attached patch against ng-spice-rework-17 adds the
command-line option "-p", which sets both "istty" and
"iflag" to TRUE. This is the only way that I can get a
program (in this case, xcircuit) to act as a GUI
frontend for ng-spice through a pipe. Otherwise,
ng-spice auto-detects that the pipe is not a tty and
refuses to run in interactive mode.

The provided patch should be in the ng-spice-rework-17
directory and applied with "patch -p1 < pipemode.patch".
