[Ngspice-devel] Patches for ngspice rework - 17

I'm attching a set of diff's.  These fix a missing <memory.h> #include in
src/maths/cmaths/test_cx_ph.c, and remove some c++  style comments that
choke gcc-3.3.2.

The configure invocation was :

CFLAGS="-O2 -m3dnow -march=athlon-xp -mcpu=athlon-xp -funroll-loops 
-fomit-frame-pointer -ansi -fPIC -pipe" ./configure --prefix=/opt/ecae 
--enable-intnoise --enable-xspice --enable-numparam --enable-xgraph
  --enable-dot-global --with-gnu-ld

This system is Fedora Core 1, equipped with gcc-3.3.2, glibc-2.3.2,
and make version 3.80.

Compilation of the hsim1 (xspice?) extensions seems problematic as
well.  I posted to the -devel forum.  Please let me know if I can
be of further help.  I lack programming skills, but can RTFM and
follow directions ;-)
