#20 Error "Modification of non-creatable array value attempted"

Hi Aaron,

The following error appeared while trying to perform an assembly using version 20150522:

Modification of non-creatable array value attempted, subscript -1 at /home/adminrig/Software/a5pipeline-20150522M/bin/a5_pipeline.pl line 832, <FASTQ> line 77.

I'm attaching the full assembly log. Let me know if you need anything else to review this error.

Thanks for the log, Santiago. It looks like there was a problem parsing the assembly file inside the correct_basecalls() function. Can you attach or send the first few lines of the MR.contigs.fasta file so I can understand why it may not be getting parsed?

I have missed this email and found it today.
I'm attaching the first 10 lines of the fasta file. Please, let me know if this is enough or you need more.
