#3 nzb file support

A quick and ugly hack to make nget support newzbin's message-id-
files.

I didn't make this patch, just found it here...

Usage:

nget -G my.group -n my.nzb -r my_download_pattern

The -n just imports the headers in the nzb-file, use it to spare the
time to update large groups.
