#26 Download Limit for newsgroups

I think it would be cool to be nice to meter and set limits
for each different server. Since I have daily download
limits on most of the servers I use and a monthly on
another, it would be nice to be able to set the limits in
the config file. Even nice would be for nget to keep
track of every bit it downloads and from there picks the
server to download from based on number of unused
bytes per server.

Oh well, thanks for the great program. I do not know
C++ or I would try and help more, however, I did just
load VS.Net so I will see what I can figure out on my
own. I will be sure to keep track and submit anything to
you for use in the program.
