#21 Change filename from partial files

Please change the filename format from partial files.
Because at this moment the format is only understood by
the par/par2 handling from nget itself.
Not by external tools like "quickpar"

(Take a look at "binary news reaper 2" , that format is
understood by quick-par)

Could you post an example of what format it accepts? I can't
easily test bnr2.
