Hi, 

I have now tagged to v0_9_2_for_Jena_2_6_0

This means I have followed the procedure in ReleaseProcedure.txt  
except I have not uploaded the jar. 

I have also, locally the changes needed to run with jena 2.6.2-SNAPSHOT 
but I have yet to commit.
