[namedgraphs] Updating Libraries

Hello,

I'm a bit unsure. I want to upgrade the included nekohtml.jar to the latest 
version. Can I simply replace the old version by the latest one (maybe with a 
name that reflects the version number) and update ./lib/LIBRARIES.txt ? Or 
will this break something for Maven users?
