[namedgraphs] All building with Maven

Hi all, 

I have everything building correctly, 
with the one excluded test excluded, all else passing. 

This gives us 39% test coverage:

Annoyingly I did not make a note of the previous percentage. 

The ant build completes, fails on the known failing test.
