#22 Non standard SQL in JDBCAuthenticator

When using password encryption with
JDBCAuthenticator, the class .....auth.jdbc.Jdbc uses
the Mysql function password() to encrypt the password.
That function is not SQL standard compliant and must
be removed.

My Idea is to use the class jfd.Jcrypt as done in
PasswdAuthenticator and store passwords in the
database encrypted in Unix-style.

I'm working on a patch that I will submit as soon as I will
finish it.
