#9 Calendar: could not see next month/year

In calendar, there are no links to go to the next month or next year.
If it is the 31 of a month, we could not see what is due the first of the next month !

(also nexty 1.02B doens't find Calendar.php automaticaly with Xampplite on windows, I need to add require("includes/classes/Calendar.php") in the begining of the file. set_include_path is ok, except that there is a '/' caracter instead of DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR in 'includes/classes' but it is not resolved the pb...)
