I try...

I would like to create a model which associates two entities in a "super
entity", this one being associated with another (Merise 2).

So it would be:
E1(#IDE1, AttE1)
E2(#IDE2, AttE2)
E3(#IDE3, AttE3)
A1(#IDE1,#IDE2) between E1 and E2
A2(#IDE1,#IDE2,#IDE3) between E3 and E1+E2

Of course the physical model is easy to draw, but what about the
conceptual model ?
