#4 Bug & Fix for HttpRequest get(Hashtable)

There is a bug in the replaceCommas method in
HttpRequest.

If you have only 1 parameter you wind up with
a url string like:
&x=10
when you should have:
x=10

Here is the diff for the fix against v1.0.0:
