#8 Add Prediction class to the NextBus JMS Pump
The initial release only transmits against VehicleLocation updates. Refine the pump to also support the Prediction Service. The Pump will transmit individual Prediction Elements (Route, Stop, Direction, Vehicle ID, Estimated Time, other attrs) using the Scheduler driven approach to walk a tree of routes and stops.
