#15 Need better coordination of last sync date

I keep track of the last date on the Newton so that I can search for
entries that have changed since then. But the problem is that I have a
Clock plug-in that's potentially changing the Newton's clock. So I
need to get the time from the Newton before setting it, and use the
difference between the two to figure out what date to query the soups
for.
