#1 Pixelgrabber problem with some browsers

IE 4 has a wrong PixelGrabber class. For true color it applies a >> 8 to every color before grabbing. Netscape has some problems, if palettes are used. The problem is, if a news want to use colored text. This doesn't work on all browsers.
