application isn't updated since "16/01/2006 12h23"

Since sourceforge will not accept external xml url, the news
are not updated in http://newsrssmanager.sourceforge.net/.
So we moved "http://newsrssmanager.sourceforge.net/"
to our
server "http://sourceforge.avalonnet.com".
