#14 Install script

You should add something that does the following:

1) Move install_my|psql.php -> INSTALL/script.php.
2) If the INSTALL directory exists and the database does not -> Run the script & let the user choose what to do. If the database structure is ok: stop and tell the user to delete the INSTALL directory
3) Check in the INSTALL script if everything is ok. For example writable files etc etc. Stop if not everything is ok while explaining the user what to do.
