#4 newsml-explorer.jar file is absent

Hello!

I've just downloaded newsml-toolkit-2.0.zip file from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/newsml-toolkit/'
and it does not contain the newsml-explorer.jar file,
as it should according to the readme file.

Where can I get the newsml-explorer.jar file?
