[Newsml-toolkit-devel] Problem with binary files and keyword substitution in the Repository

It looks like the jar files in newsml-toolkit/java/lib/ were added without
the "-kb" flag.  Do a CVS log on one of the files, and you will notice that
keyword subtitution mode is set to "kv".

I've seen this before in projects, it usually doesn't become apparent until
someone checks out the module on a Windows machine.  I checked out the files
in Windows 2000 and found the Jar files to contain invalid data when trying
to list the contents.

Could someone "remove" and "add" these files with the "kb" flag?
