#7 Group can be downloaded twice

When choosing the newsgroups to download, it seems to
be possible to select a group twice or more. It takes an
awful lot of time to select a lot of group at once, so NG
seems to be doing some sort of checks... however, the
check if a newsgroup is already selected, seems to be
absent.
