#16 Import/export filter problem

When a filter has somewhere a " character in it, the
export goes fine, but importing it again ays the filter in
not valid. The contents of the filter file reveal that the "
character is not escaped...

And this is one of the few thing I liked about Zeonews:
its filter export/import it simply based on XML, which
implicitly escaped everything that may cause a
syntactical error.
