#11 A lot of connection closes

I think NG closes the connection to the newsserver more
oftenly than neccesary. For instance, when checking the
header for multipart articles, it's a sequence of
"connecting", "checking", and "disconnecting" for every
single header. Can't NG just keep the connection open all
the time? That way it's faster and it causes less workload
on the servers.
