#6 $ngpath Inconsistency

When configuring the headers for cron.update,
daemon.newsgrab and newsgrab-ui.class.php, the
variable $ngpath needs a trailing "/" in 2 of the 3.
daemon.newsgrab does not need a trailing "/". Perhaps
for consistency make all or none of the file header's
$ngpath require a trailing "/".
