NewsCoaster V1.61 running on a Pegasos II with MOS 1.4.2 does not recognize attachments when they are right at the start of the file.
Manually inserting a newline in the mail file before the 'begin ...' (where the attachment starts) and rereading the post in NC works around the problem, but is not the ideal way to spend one's time.
