ASN.1 is similar to DTD/XML concept, but the DTD
contains a description of the binary, unmarked-up data.
This means if you can intelligently compress (and
therefore derive inheritance information for) ANY
BINARY FILE you have an ASN schema for!!!
(Maximum compression more or less through intelligent
reuse).
