Summary: interc apostrophe problem

Initial Comment:
Postgres reported ERROR! *SELECT crossidhl(ARRAY['Arp's Loop'])%

If there is apostrophe in the name like "Arp's Loop" the interc does not mask it in the SQL-query. So, it produces error.
