Summary: Simple search

Initial Comment:
We have to add the "Simple search" to the web-page of HL. 
It have to return main parameters as search result.
It have to understand designations and coordinates in free form. In case of coordinates it has to return list of objects in some standard search radius, to say 2 arcmin.
