[Newgenlib-users] Newgenlib installation problem

Hi
I have installed Newgenlib version 2.1 on a linux system (Ubuntu 8.04) a few
days back which is working fine except for downloading records from LOC
website. Whereas when I tried to install the same version of Newgenlib on a
different  machine with the same Operating System most of the modules are
NOT working. I tried all possibilities such as granting privileges to
Posgres table, executable permission to all the files under Jboss and
Newgenlib directory.  It is really frustrating to see that the same version
of the software not working on other systems. Kindly suggest me what should
be done for smooth  trouble free installation and working of Newgenlib.
