[Newgenlib-users] Installation on Ubuntu-8.04

Hi,
I have installed newgenlib software in Ubuntu-8.04. I can enter
bibliographic data and there is no problem.
Since I am using proxy server for internet connection, I am unable to
connect the web-link of LOC (Library of Congres) in  Technical Processing
-->Import Catalog.
Kindly any one suggest me where to enter the proxy details in the software
files.
