#97 Strip path from imported files

Hi!
When you import automatically file from some directory, the full path with filename is inserted to "Title" section.

I would like to see feature where user have choise to stript path. So to the "Title" section comes only file name and not path from where file is imported. (It is already know because files from one directory is imported always to the one notebook and user usually don't do anything with that path information)

Of course "better" solution is that user can define for every import folder "Title" with special format characters (%f=filename, %F=filename with full path, %F=full date.. Check 'linux date FORMAT controls'), that would make importing files much better. Your system/application just write file to import directory and it is imported with special Title what makes easier to find that document later.

Then we could expand that to TAG's too. So I could say that document shall have TAGs %m, %Y (mont and year), thing what I insert to all "receipt" documents. Because I scan all my receipts to "receipt" notebook.
