#280 Version 2.0.2 fixes email hang, and requires libqt4-sql-sqlite

I was running Nixnote 2.0 on my Ubuntu 16.04 machines. Works great, no problems. Except, testing the email config or trying to email a note would hang Nixnote forever with nothing in the log (not even at trace level).
Upgraded to 2.0.2 today, installing from the DEB file. At first it wouldn't run, complaining it couldn't find the sqlite driver. I had to apt-get install libqt4-sql-sqlite, then it worked.
Now, in version 2.0.2, email also works too.
That's an important feature for me, so THANK YOU
