Sorry for the slow response. I've been very busy lately.

How were the notes you are uploading created? Were they a cut & paste from a web browser or typed manually in NixNote?

I made full sync (removed ~/.nixnote directory) and during that sync I got (multiple times, every time when sync is started)

Hi. The original project moved to github - https://github.com/baumgarr/nixnote2, but unfortunately the maintainer isn't available now. I created a fork with bugfixes and some new features at https://github.com/robert7/nixnote2.

If you still interested in the fix, you may want to open issue at github site. ALso you can try the new v2.1 version. Could be that there will be more detailed info about the problem.
