#266 Need to add libpoppler61 to the list of depends in deb packaging

In Ubuntu/Kubuntu 16.10, NixNote cannot be installed because libpoppler61 is used but NixNote require version 58 to be installed.

Below is the dependency message generated when install NixNote from PPA (and deb):

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 nixnote2 : Depends: libpoppler28 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler43 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler44 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler46 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler49 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler52 but it is not installable or
                     libpoppler58 but it is not installable

And below is the installed libpoppler in (K)Ubuntu 16.10:

libpoppler-qt4-4:amd64  0.44.0-3ubuntu2
libpoppler-qt5-1:amd64  0.44.0-3ubuntu2
libpoppler61:amd64      0.44.0-3ubuntu2
