#261 Capital letters at attached file extension

If you attach PDF file with capital extension .PDF nixnote2 don't show file on screen. If you change that extension to .pdf everything works.

This is fixed for new attachments, but it won't fix the old ones. On those you'll need to recreate the note or remove & re-attach the attachment.
