#247 Cutted tags names

Look at the screenshot. I've make tags bar wider, but the tags names were cutted to some fixed width.

I've the same problem with long tags. Long tags also create problems when adding tags to a note: If multiple long tags have the same beginning, I can't know what tag I'm adding because only beginning is visible. In Evernote this is not a problem. For people that uses tags instead of notebooks for note organization, this is a problem
