#242 "Insert latex formula fails" - mimetex not found error.

Here's the console error:

Here's the error message from the nixnote2 GUI:
Unable to create LaTeX image
Unable to create LaTeX image. Are you sure mimetex is installed?

Sorry for the slow response. Things have been a little busy.

First, do you have mimetex installed?
Second, what version are you using?

If the answer to #1 is "yes", try turning the message level to Debug under "Edit/Preferences". There was a bug at one time that only allowed mimetex to work when debugging messages were enabled. This should be fixed, but I don't recall if if it was in the last version.

And yes, the latex mimetex generation only seems to work after turning on debugging messages.

But I'm glad that works! It's really nice to have for me. I use it as a "lab" notebook and lots of my notes are math.

I'm glad it works. After the next release you should be able to turn off debugging messages and it will still work.
