I can't seem to get QWebKit to obey the color request. The best I can do is provide a workaround. In Beta 2, there will be a file called /usr/share/nixnote2/qss/editor.css. You can edit this file to customize the editor style sheet. It is better to copy it to ~./nixnote/qss/editor.css so future upgrades don't overrite it.

From that, you should be able to do use standard css styles to update notes. These styles are not transmitted to Evernote.

Closing as out-of-date. Please try nixnote2 if you are still having issues.
