pixmaps dir is fixed in Makefile

I am trying to build myself a debian packages and get
as far as the install stage of the build when I get the
error that I cant create the dir
/usr/share/neutrino/pixmaps. When Debian builds the
packages it reiles on the the fact that it can change
things like the data_dir and prefix_dir in the make
files. The setting in the Makefile for the pixmaps dir
if a fixed address as above where it should be based on
one of the variables so that debian can create a local
version of the package. I have tried changing the
configure.in but I don't really know what I am doing!
The glade files get installed without any problems so I
assume that the pixmaps could be done in the same way.
