Trellis Offline Data Viewer

The channel select bug is corrected.

We can select the channel of the .nsx file and view the plot

The plot runs smoothly.

axis markers are not seen in original plot
BUT are seen when other window is shown over it.

BUGS

1)when play button is pressed when no data is loaded
the channel select comes up with any previously loaded 
channel names still saved in the listbox (should be cleared)
and cannot plot data by selecting these channel names.
2)axis problem still occurs, Im am stumped with this one
(axis is seen in channel select listbox even with xtickvals,
ytickvals are set to [].
3)Warning: The image file directory at offset
position 38 has zero entries and has been is repeated when ever
the data_viewer gui is loaded. it has to do with the button images
4)cannot exit, pause, stop, during play of plot without error
