#13 Keyboard is not releasing SHIFT after sending it

Issue: Keyboard can send the SHIFT key to capitalize a character, but will not release it.

Reproduction:

1. Enter some lowercase text.
2. Enter some capitalized text.
3. Enter some lower case text.
4. Send text to application.

Expected Behavior: Text will be sent with case intact.
Actual behavior: All text after capitalized text remains capitalized.
