Issue: After sending a set of key events to a target window, the keyboard does not regain focus.

Reproduction:

1. Enter text via NL Keyboard.
2. Click SEND.

Expected Behavior: Target window gets focus, text is entered, NL Keyboard regains focus.
Actual Behavior: Target window gets focus, text is entered.
