#1 Attempts to register on network too quickly
The netexplode connection make it to the server but
attempt to register onto the network before the network
is ready to accept them. IE while the network is trying
to determine their hostname.
Result is that all tests are worthless as the only
resposne from the network is
"You have not registered"
