Here are the steps I used to reproduce the problem:
1. Using the Amigo.Net deployment of Network Watchman,
I logged in as miker.
2. Click on the "IP Address Chart" link on the
left-hand menu.
3. Scroll down and click on the "209.94.68.0" link.
4. Scroll down to 209.94.68.84 and click on its pencil
icon.
5. Change the AP such that its IP address is 10.70.64.8.
6. Click the "Edit" button to save the changes.
7. repeat steps 2 through 4 above and notice that the
AP has not changed.
