This Windows service allows you to make serial ports available on the network via TELNET. Once this program is loaded onto the computer where the serial ports are connected, anyone can TELNET into that computer using a specific range of network ports and then connect to the device on the serial port. This device can be anything.

The default baud rate is 115,200 but can be changed in the app.config files. Additionally, specific ports can be excluded from network sharing in the app.config file.

The attached HTML page shows the status of the ports and when they were opened.
